Monday Morning Meditation
We meet every Monday morning to start the week off refreshed and renewed, with a new topic to practice over the course of the week ahead. Every week is reserved to focus on a different topic, approach, style or technique to continue our exploration of meditation as a practice. Each session starts with a brief introduction, followed by 15-20 minutes in silent, music, or guided meditation.
